Not only this he is also involve in trading of Ayurvedic medicines since last 25 year. He also Organized more than 150 camps for betterment of Animal health. Mr. Dinesh Pandya is also known as a Motivational Trainer and he was organized more than 200 training seminar of "EASY SUCCESS FORMULA" for people. He is promoting Ayurveda in all over India since last 25 year. In addition to he is also running a mission for unemployed people. They have been honored by the government in 2011 by the Labor and Employment Department of the recent Energy Minister Bhupendrasingh Chudasama. He was honored by Parliament Board in 2015 by Shree Tyagi sir, Poonam Madam, Moon Moon Sen, the Parliament of Surat Darsanaben and all member of parliament. Moreover he has been awarded by small scale industry minister of central government Shree Girirajji in December 2015. In addition to he has been honored by recent director of Khadi commission India A K Garg in 2016.

Except this he has been achieved many certificates, trophies by many social institutions N.G.O, Sandesh newspaper, Gujarat Samachar and agricultural department. This wonderful personality have goal to create million jobs by 21 June 2020 and to be used khadi garments in 10 million homes across the country by 21 June 2020 by, as well as he is running mission to make HEALTHY, WEALTHY AND PROSPEROUS India . As a part of this Mission today he is giving employment to 6,000 people. He has make around 30,000 farmers to switch to organic farming.
